Better late than never I’ve added June to the monthly global cloud animations for 2007 I created a few weeks ago.  Downloads and viewing instructions are on this page. Beware the 17MB per month filesize.

Whilst checking out the Worldwind forums the I noticed Nasa also have an archive of the same cloud maps (the original JPEGs rather than PNGs with transparency),  stretching right back to April 2006.  Depending on the completeness of their collection, it should be possible to extend these animation sequences back into 2006.  I’ll post whatever I manage to come up with.
