These made me smile. A couple of my time animations used in two of the presentations at last week’s global Google Developers Day.

The ‘City of London Timeline’, 3 minutes into London ‘Earth, KML and the GeoWeb’:

And Michael Ashbridge in Sydney successfully tames my ‘Bouncing Google Earth Animation‘. 36 minutes into this:

So far 140(!) Developer Day videos, each around half an hour to an hour long, have been posted at Youtube.

As with the San Jose meet www.gearthblog.com reports on, the emphasis is mainly on Google Maps development, with the KML session videos having the most relevance to Google Earth. These and a few of the keynote addresses give teasing sneak peeks at what we can expect to see in future versions of GE, using the new features of KML 2.2.
